About Jerline | Clinical Supervision for Social Workers in Florida
You’ve Worked Hard to Get Here… Now You Need the Right Support
If you’re reading this, you’re likely stepping into your career as a social worker—and realizing how overwhelming this stage can feel.
You’re balancing real clients, real responsibility, and the pressure of doing things right. You want to grow, feel confident in your clinical decisions, and move forward toward licensure—but you don’t want to do it alone.
That’s exactly where I come in.
Who I Help
I support:
- Registered Clinical Social Work Interns (RCSWIs)
- MSW graduates working toward licensure
- Social workers who want structure, confidence, and real clinical growth
I provide clinical supervision throughout Florida, both virtually and in person across the Treasure Coast (Port Saint Lucie, Fort Pierce, and surrounding areas).
How I Help You Grow
My supervision is not just about signing off hours.
It’s about helping you become the clinician you’re meant to be.
Together, we focus on:
- Building clinical confidence and decision-making skills
- Strengthening your understanding of ethics and best practices
- Developing your own unique therapeutic style
- Preparing you for real-world practice AND licensure success
You’ll leave sessions not just with answers—but with clarity.
My Approach to Supervision
I take a collaborative and strength-based approach.
That means:
- You are supported—not judged
- You are guided—but also challenged to grow
- You are seen as a developing professional—not just a student
I create a space where you can ask questions, process cases, and build skills in a way that actually applies to your day-to-day work.
Because supervision should feel like growth—not pressure.
About Me
I’m Jerline Baltimore, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor in Florida, with over a decade of experience in mental health, healthcare, and medical systems.
My background includes working in direct clinical practice, interdisciplinary healthcare settings, and complex care environments, where I’ve supported individuals and families navigating both medical and psychosocial challenges.
Through my work, I’ve developed a strong foundation in:
- Clinical assessment and treatment
- Care coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Navigating complex systems including healthcare and legal environments
- Supporting clients through high-stress and transitional periods
This experience allows me to guide supervisees not just academically—but practically, based on real-world clinical situations.
Why This Work Matters to Me
Social work is more than a career—it’s a calling.
And the transition from school to practice is one of the most important (and vulnerable) stages in your journey.
You deserve supervision that:
- Actually teaches you
- Supports your growth
- Prepares you for long-term success
Not just someone to sign your hours.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
Supervisees often say they feel:
- More confident in their clinical decisions
- More prepared for licensure
- More supported in their professional journey
Because this is not just supervision—this is mentorship.
