Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions, either therein or in a separate written contract. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Fulfillment Policy
At Social Work Development Center, we ensure that the products we provide are of the utmost quality. Customer satisfaction is our top priority as we take any complaints about the products that we fulfill very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.
Delivery Policy
At Social Work Development Center, we provide consultations only, with no physical or electronic products delivered.
Delivery Terms
Our service consist solely of consultations provided by qualified professionals. Consultations are scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times between the client and the consultant. You will receive confirmation of your appointment via email. All consultations are conducted virtually via [platform, e.g., Zoom, etc.], at scheduled time. No physical or electronic products will be delivered. Clients must provided at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Refunds for consultation are not provided unless the consultant cancel the appointment and an alternative time cannot be agreed upon. Refunds
We do not offer any refunds.
Exceptions Taxes
Sales tax has been applied to your order made by or through our Site through the price displayed at checkout.
Return Policy
